Returns & Refund Policy

If for any reason you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, resalable condition with all packaging and seals intact.

  • Returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • If a return is received in used or non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at info@bargainhive.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, return or refund at no extra cost.

How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and post it using a tracked service.
