All orders are shipped from within the UK using trusted, fully tracked delivery services.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery (where available): Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to courier delays beyond our control.

All parcels include tracking as standard.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom (mainland, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands).
We do not currently offer international shipping.
